Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Brand-a-Farm. If you need to return an item, please review the guidelines below:
Eligibility for Returns:
- To qualify for a refund, the items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and still in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Please note that customized or branded products are non-refundable unless the return is due to a quality issue with the product.
- In the event that Brand-a-Farm supplies an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, we will gladly replace it with a new one. This replacement will be provided only if the item in question is returned in its original packaging, along with any included warranty, manuals, and all accessories, within 7 days of the delivery date.
- If any issues arise with an order, please notify Brand-a-Farm in writing within 24 hours of receiving the items.
How to Initiate a Return:
To start a return, please contact us at orders@brand-a-farm.co.za. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with your return.

Important Notes:
- Items returned without prior contact or approval may not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product.
We aim to process returns and refunds as quickly as possible once the items have been received and inspected.
