Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Brand-a-Farm. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing and Fulfilment

Brand-a-Farm operates on a made-to-order and dropshipping model. This means we only place orders with our suppliers once your payment has been received.

  • Non-Branded Products: Orders for plain products (without embroidery) are typically processed and shipped within 4-8 business days.

  • Branded Products: Orders requiring embroidery or customization may take an additional 5-10 business days, depending on the complexity and supplier turnaround time.

  • Please note that embroidery is done either in-house by our suppliers or through third-party services, which may slightly impact delivery timelines.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a follow-up email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Delivery (Courier): 1–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Delivery Areas: We deliver throughout South Africa. For remote or outlying areas, delivery may take slightly longer. 

  • Deliveries: Deliveries will either be made in-house or through one of our courier companies (i.e. The Courier Guy or Fastway).

Please allow sufficient time for delivery, especially during peak seasons or if your order includes embroidery.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Damages and Delivery Issues

Brand-a-Farm is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the courier service directly to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods as evidence to support your claim.

If your package is significantly delayed or not delivered within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact us at orders@brand-a-farm.co.za, and we will assist in following up with the courier.

5. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at the time of checkout. Brand-a-Farm is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Any additional shipping costs incurred to re-deliver your order will be at your expense.

6. International Shipping

At this stage, we only ship within South Africa. If you are based outside of South Africa and would like to place an order, please contact us directly at orders@brand-a-farm.co.za to discuss options.
